Tools of the trade
With any job, tools of the trade are an important aspect and tiling is no exception. These are the basic tools needed for tiling, and they’re all available at Walkers.

• The weekender grout scraper adhesive applicaton
• Grout spreader, runs grout into grooves
• Masking tape
• Galvanised adhesive trowel, adhesive applicator
• Grout remover, to regrout or remove hardened grout
• Tile wedges, ensure uniform spaces in between tiles
• Tile nipper, cuts round and irregular shapes
• Steel retractable tape measure
• Sponge, wipes off grout
• Tile cutting machine, to cut ceramic floor tiles and quarry tiles
• Knee pads
